Thank you! Everything was well packaged. All items were as described in their store. I also like that they are linked to the Shop App.

Customer Service Done Right!

Gem’s Grocery definitely has another repeat customer! They have a wide selection of products, with some bringing back memories from my childhood. The staff and owners are kind and accommodating. The customer service is exceptional- the best service I’ve ever experienced. It’s always a pleasure shopping here.

The best golden 'raw' sugar out there

Found this kind of sugar many years ago while on vacation in Jamaica and won't use anything else in my coffee. I've tried other brands but Irie is the very best by far. It was out of stock for a while but it's back again (summer '26) and I'm so happy that it's available in Canada again, out of Toronto, from a Canadian company. I use it as garnish on baked desserts as it just looks beautiful as well. If you haven't tried it you're missing out on a great product.

WALKERS MILD JERK 280G

Delicious

This bun is so soft both inside and out. Taste amazing! Can't get any better. Just a bit less sugar and it would be 5 +++ for me.

Just the right amount of spice!

I’ve had the lightly salted type of this chips from my recent trip to Costa Rica. When I came back I have been on the hunt on where to buy them. I live on the west coast and thankfully GEM’S Grocery ships them. The pepper plantain chips were great! Not too salty nor too sweet. Just the right amount of kick. Gem’s Grocery was fantastic. Service was great and prompt. They even took a photo of my order before shipping. Good plantain chips and great service overall. Wish there was a minimum purchase for free shipping but given I was on the other side of the country, still glad they shipped to me.
